Join current students, alumni, professionals, admissions representatives, and other prospective students at our annual UpClose Diversity Conference and Women in Leadership Conference (WILC).

At Ross we believe that a broad-based, diverse community is essential to the character of our school, to the education and leadership development of our students, and to the contribution we make to business and society through our graduates. The WILC and UpClose conferences are an integral part of our continuing efforts to enroll a diverse student body. The weekend includes programming developed by students from Michigan Business Women and Ross’ Consortium Community. You’ll have the opportunity to choose to apply to attend WILC, UpClose, or both programs.
