In my role as an executive compensation consultant, I am fortunate to sit inside the boardrooms of Compensation Committees across a breadth of industries. Working directly with board members, CEOs, CFOs, and other executive officers, we learn about the business and its long-term strategic goals. We then leverage this knowledge to design compensation programs that align executive pay with the organization’s long-term performance goals.
As I grew in my role and worked toward becoming a lead consultant, it became clear that earning an MBA was something I both wanted and needed. In searching for the right program, it was important for me to find a top tier school with a great reputation. Additionally, I did not want to sacrifice work experience by attending full time. The Weekend MBA program at Ross checked all of my boxes, and then some. Ross is filled with incredible professors and students that challenge me and push me to be successful. With the cohort model, networking opportunities are second to none and I look forward to building lasting relationships with my classmates. It also doesn’t hurt that Ross is situated in an incredible city like Ann Arbor. Please reach out anytime if you have any questions. Go Blue!
