Aaron Friedman-Heiman

I am passionate about developing sustainable operations and supply chains and how finance can be used as a tool to promote sustainability and resilience in under-resourced communities. I enjoy thinking about how systems can be optimized, which I have found can provide business-sustainability win-wins. Prior to joining Ross, I spent two years conducting applied research, focusing on sustainable development technology in resource-limited communities. I subsequently worked at Rubicon Technologies for three years as a circular economy specialist, designing and implementing zero-waste programs for several Fortune 500 clients. I spend much of my free time mountaineering, trail running, playing piano and exploring different fermentation techniques.
