Ian Donaldson

Prior to Ross, I worked as an Architect, urban design strategist and in the CRE industry. Although I'll always love design, I'm switching to consulting as a means of tackling more complex problems with much greater potential for impact. I am an expert in matrix management and HCD principles including ethnographic research and go-to market strategies. I'd be excited to discuss my areas of expertise and experience as a career switcher, or Ross Life or consulting in general!  Go Blue!
