Kai Anlauf

Prior to Ross, I worked across M&A, Strategy Consulting and Tech Strategy for six years. I spent my first two years working at KPMG in their Deal Advisory practice. After that, I moved into strategy consulting, advising major European companies on Performance Improvement projects.  Most recently, I was leading the strategy team for a tech startup in Berlin. 

I pursued an MBA to help improve my 'softer' skillset and develop lifelong connections and friends. I've found the people at Ross exceptionally talented and also down to earth and friendly.

Outside of my professional sphere, I am a chess player, aiming to play at least one game per day. I also like to travel (45 countries and counting!), and enjoy organizing charity events.
