Class of 2026

Minor: Intergroup Relations

Hometown: Brewster, NY

Hey! I’m glad you’re considering the Ross School of Business. My name is Marvin, and I’m currently a sophomore BBA student at Ross. I’m originally from Westchester, New York, and I decided to come to Ann Arbor for undergrad because Michigan is the perfect balance of “work hard, play hard.” Since coming to campus, I’ve been able to continue my education while participating in clubs and activities that align with my many passions. The University of Michigan has many clubs and sports, and I’ve built great relationships with my involvement in the weightlifting club and EnspiRed Modeling group. There is a reason Ann Arbor is consistently ranked as one of the best college towns in the country; there is always something to do or somewhere to eat. I’m so glad that I chose to come here, and I hope my experiences help you make your decision!

What is your favorite place on campus? My favorite place to eat on campus is Tomukun Noodle Bar.

Current Involvement: Black Business Undergraduate Society, Amala Dance Group, African Student Association, Black Student Union, EnspiRed Modeling Group, BBA Ambassador

Past involvement: Ross Summer Connection Mentee/Mentor
