Wenli Bao

Hello! I’m Wenli Bao, a member of the Online MBA cohort started in Fall 2023. I graduated from Brandeis University with double majors in Psychology and Business in 2018 and have been working at Liberty Mutual Insurance since then. As an HR Consultant, I manage a portfolio of projects in Talent Management, Talent Development, and Organizational Development. I'm excited about my MBA journey as I know it will bring me a wide-span of knowledge outside of my immediate expertise and help me develop skills to better support business on strategic decisions. Since joining the program, I've met and bonded with classmates from various industries and roles. What I learned from them and from the curriculum so far already allows me to bring different perspectives to my job!

On a personal side, I was born and raised in China until my family moved to the U.S in my high school years. Currently I'm based in the great Boston area. In my spare time I like to cook, travel, and kayak on the Charles River in summer. I’m also a novel scuba diver always looking for different places for a fun dive.
