The PhD Program in management and organizations develops scholars who become researchers and teachers at premier academic institutions throughout the world. PhD students have the opportunity to work closely with social scientists spanning a broad range of research areas and have access to extensive resources to pursue diverse academic interests.

Interdisciplinary Committee on Organizational Studies

Recognized as the leading organization of its kind, ICOS welcomes students and faculty members from across the university and beyond who are interested in studying organizations. It sponsors a lecture series, a dissertation workshop and award, a big-data boot camp, and more.
